to all division winning crews (in
divisions with 3 crew minimum entry)

Women:
Elite, Senior, IM1, IM2, IM3, Novice, Veteran*.
Junior
Men & Junior Women: J18, J16, J15, J14 Octuple.
(*Please state age category on entry form – veteran events may
be run on a handicap basis if necessary)
Events for Quads
Junior Men and Junior
Women: J18 4x, J16 4x, J15 4x+, J14 4x+.
Events for Fours
Junior Men: J18 4-, J18
4+.
Junior Women: J18 4+.
Junior Welfare
– No junior crews will be issued with numbers without an
emergency contact number being supplied for an adult who will be
responsible for and must accompany the crew on the day.

Entry fee: £70 per eight and £45 per four (online at OARA
or see details below)
(Entry fee includes a
returnable £10 deposit for your plastic number if returned
within 30 days. Cheques payable to “Hammersmith Open Events”)
Entries
close at 12 noon on Sunday 21st Feb or when the
first 95 entries have been received. The draw will take place on
Sunday and will be posted on our web site (www.akrowing.com) by
Monday evening.

Entries
may be made by telephone on 07932 085054 up to12 noon on Sunday 21st
Feb. All telephone entries must be confirmed on an ARA entry form
with full entry fee by Wednesday 24th Feb.
All
visiting crews must make prior arrangements directly with their
intended Tideway host club for boating facilities
Results
will be posted at Auriol Kensington Rowing Club at 6pm on Sunday
28th. Prizes will be sent to winning crews the following
week.
