Men and women's squads have their own lists - akmen and akwomen - for training details. If you join these lists please also join akwholeclub.
You can only send mail to the list if you are a member of the list.
To join it, enter your name in the relevent box/boxes below, and then click on the logo.
Or send a blank email to the list in question: akwholeclub-subscribe@yahoogroups.com, akmen-subscribe@yahoogroups.com or akwomen-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
Your application goes into a queue and must be approved before you can join the list.
To contact members on the list, send your email to akwholeclub@yahoogroups.com, akmen@yahoogroups.com or akwholeclub@yahoogroups.com.
If you wish to take your name off the list, send a blank email to akwholeclub-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com, akmen-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com or akwomen-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
Once a member of the list, anyone can post but please remember the golden rule: if it's neither interesting, helpful nor
side-splitting, don't send it.
How to change your settings:
Lots of people are using the email list to send an email to just one person because they don't have that person's email address. There are now over 100 email addresses on the list that get all those emails. Yahoo groups has the functionality for you to email a specific person in the group and not the rest of the group.
You can also do other things such as access the messages on the web and also post messages to the group on the web which can be useful if you don't want to subscribe your work email to the list but occasionally want to send a mail to the group from work.
You can also set up your options so that you only get one email from the group a day with that day's messages or that you don't get any emails at all and just read the messages on the web.
The instructions below tell you how to do it.
Step 1 - get a Yahoo ID - if you already have one then go onto step 2
